Hole in my bumper?

Hole in my bumper?

Ok so i went to go take off my front plate and put bumper plugs in when i noticed that there is a big hole in the front of my bumper. If you look in the picture above (NOT MY CAR) you can see where there is like a square cutout on in between the 2 holes for the screws. Mine just has a hole there so how do i fix that now lol? Let me know thanks

they are ~$16.00 at any infiniti dealership unpainted of course
