I've been subbed to this thread for a while and I'm getting ready to order some bolts but just wanted to ask a question. I have a 5/16ths spacer so I'm planning to add 10 mm to each size right? Also, I'm not quite sure approx. how many of each size bolt I need. I'm planning to order some extras of each size of course but just don't want to order and not have enough of each. I have an 04 sedan AWD so I didn't know if anybody who has done this has a list of how many of each size they used so that I could have a shopping list, .

Reread the original post. It has all the information for how many bolts you need and in what sizes.

Personally, I recommend getting quite a few extra 25 and 16mm lengths, because you can use them in lots of places and they don't cost much.

You might want to consider getting 1 or 2 extra 35mm lengths, I can't remember exactly how many there are around the plenum.

Man, respect for everyone doing the engine bays, but I don't think I'm ever going to start because I know I won't stop until I have every shiny piece haha. With new hoses and all I priced it out at $1500+ whatever shiny radiator. One more thing to keep clean on the car!

What kind of washers are you guys using around the plenum? The smaller size countersinks are still too wide.. Everything looks great so far, I'll post pics once I figure this out and get it finished

^Smaller size.
Why you say they're too wide?
