Tokico D-Spec setting for track day?

I spent some time searching and did not find anything specifically pertaining to the setting of the D-spec shocks for "Track" use. I have the 350Z D-Specs(4f 5r for daily driving) and 350Z H-Techs installed on my coupe. Next month i will be going to do a road course event and am unsure what I should start my settings out at. Any advice would be appreciated.

Thanks

you may or may not want to change the setting. do you have swaybars?
that might net you better turnability than just stiffing up your dampers.

stiffing up the sus does not equal better handling.

IMO, In your situation, you would probably get the best results with your D-Spec's at full stiff, all the way around.

Get sway bars while you still got time. Stiff shocks will not help with body roll.
Start with 3-3.5 at the track and work them up in 1/4 turns.
I ended at 1.5/2, but I have different springs and track layout will matter too.

Its been discussed here before, but most have said to stiffen up the front a couple turns more than the rear to limit body pitching due to weight transfer under braking.

Really? I wasn't able to find any previous discussion on the subject...then again i seem to suck at the searching If you happen to find any of those discussions please point them out to me.

Thanks for the advice I will start out with the front stiffer than the rear and see how that feels.

Thanks again everyone.
