TPS monitoring system...same for Infiniti and Nissan?

Are the TPS the same for Infiniti and Nissan and universal within the two companies?
There is a set of TPS on ebay that the description says that it will work universally with Infiniti and Nissan.
The part # is: 40700-ck001.
I do'nt know if that's the Infiniti or Nissan part number.
