Need suspension help

I've been to a half dozen places already in upstate NY during my last semester in school. Right now I'm in NYC for the break. In all of these shops, I have been unable to get the driver side of my car into the alignment I want.

Important notes:
a)I got into an accident on the passenger side about a year ago. Broke two control rods on the rear and bent the rear cross member. I had the cross member replaced TWICE, control rods replaced once. I went to check out to see if the frame was bent in any way but the results came out negative. It's straight as a whistle.

b)Riding on 19 x 9.5's in the rear. Dropped with HKS Coilovers. Hotchks Sways.

I've purchase so far:
SPC Toe bolt
Stillen Camber Arm
Stillen Toe Arm

Current Specs in the rear:
Camber -2.0
Toe -.10

These are the specs I want:
Camber -0.8 degrees
Toe 0.0

The passenger side is able to get into that alignment perfectly.

However, the drivers side won't do it.

We set Toe to 0, but that would make camber -2.0.
We then correct camber to -0.9. Toe comes out to -1.7

Someone please refer me to a REALLY REALLY good shop in NYC. A shop that will know what they are doing and is looking for. I will pay whatever to get it fixed for I hvae alreayd put too much into fix this problem. I suspect something else may be bent or out of alignment.

Last time I went to Precision Tire & Wheel (now Performance Tire & Wheel Center) on 17S in Ridgewood. They have John Bean 3D machine.

I don’t know if they are REALLY REALLY good shop, but lot of BMW and Audi owners go there. This shop was better than others that I dealt with. Give them a call and see what they can do.
