Brake Light ON. hand brake released, and brake fluid top off.

Hi, my brake light is ON even when the hand brake is released and i checked the brake fluid to make sure it is at "MAX"..

has anyone had this problem before?
it is the weekend, i can't book an appointment with my dealer yet.. so i would like some feedbacks ..
