it's not illegal to drive without ur seatbelt where I'm at

I only put my seatbelt on at night or if I'm gonna driving fast

update:
it's my E-Brake that went loose during the installation of my rear sway bars
they will fix it on monday free of charge and apologized to me for the inconvenience
