Gold brembos. Paint them?

Gold brembos. Paint them?

hey there, i was wondering what you guys think of the gold brembos? i have a black coupe with them and im thinking about painting them black... The gold doesn't do it for me, what do you guys think of them?

dont paint them if you are not going to mask off the brembo. a Black caliper with white lettering is good. ALL BLACK? NO. I have seen people painted them all white. Terrible.

+1 on that, be sure you tape of the brembo and leave the letters white..it will look sick! post pics!

I just painted mine red! They look hot!! I HATED the gold.

jdbinspired painted his blue with white lettering (i think) **** came out clean on his IP

I love the gold too. At very first, before I ever got a G, I wasn't a huge fan of the gold, but it grew on me. I wouldn't have them any other way.

I love my gold's as well, but I'd love to see some pics of other colors

Painting is a good idea, but a good powdercoat will yield a more durable finish that is less prone to chipping etc. As far as masking the brembo letters off, that isn't a good idea, since it will likely not be perfect. You are better off applying vinyl lettering on top or painting on top

here's an old pic... way back when i was running GT-C... but till this day the spray can paint still looks the same...

nolan (silvernole) has a similar setup. looks gorgeous with the blue against ip.
