suspension problem.please help!

suspension problem.please help!

ok heres the thing...i went to discount tire co to get my front pilots swapped (of course they scratched my rims a bit)...and everythings cool but when i get out of my car i immediately notice that the front left wheel well seems to be sitting higher than normal..thought it was my imagination but i measured the left and the right and the left is higher!!..how the hell does that happed?..i wanna take it back but of course they arent gonna say its their fault...anyone got some idea why this is possible and what i need to do..im gonna take it to an alignment shop and have them look at it...help!!

could be because your car was on a lift which unloads the suspension. Dirve around for a few miles and it should settle backdown to normal ride height. I always notice that when you jack up a car that when you first sit it down it's always a little bit higher. Don't worry it'll go back to normal in a little while.

ok well i got the tires swapped on saturday..its wed today..is it supposed to take this long?

no not that long, usually a quick 10 to 15 minute drive settles them back down.
