The adapters, that you see in the posts, are ones that I came up with and made. I had been searching for awhile, for a commercial unit (like the one illustrated in the service manual). Since I was unable to locate a set, hence the design and construction. It worked out very well ! Also, I almost, reluctantly, purchased a low-profile / extended arm floor jack (expensive) but then came up with this:
My lift procedure (which is easy and allows me to use a "standard" floor jack) is as follows - lift one side / front lift position - using one of my adapters (on the floor jack). I then raise the car high enough to get two 2 x 8s under that side's tire. This is high enough to then place the floor jack under the front lift point. From there it's up on both jack stands. Then on to the rear "pumpkin". Then onto the rear jack stands.
I hope this helps...

Where is this front lift point that can lift the entire front end of the car?

I'm putting on my Stillen sways on right now, but I can't get the rear around my exhaust. I wish I would have done this when putting on my Borla exhaust. Any seguestions on getting the stock bar around a dual exhaust?

Oooh....
I might think about removing the exhaust (rear muffler) and some of the tubing, even though it may be a pain !! You need the room for tightening (and torquing) the bolts.

Last night I was able to get the stock bar off its mounts with out touching the exhaust, but I couldn't get it around the pipes. So I took off both of the driver's side hangers for the exhaust. It got me a little room, but not enough. So I put the stock bar back on and I am going to try again this weekend. I might have to unbolt all 4 of the hangers in the back and try again. I really REALLY don't want to have to dissassemble any of the exhaust. I did it one before and because I used gasket sealent it was a super b!tch.
