Painting Advice for the Brake Calipers

Hey Guys and Gals,

Had a quick questions with respect to painting the Calipers. I have a black coupe and was going to go with a high gloss black cailper paint.

I realize that prep is very important to the whole procedure and since i am going to be doing it myself i want to make sure im doing it right and not wasting my time and money

What is the best caliper paint kit to buy. I have searched and the two step process that tire rack offers seems really good, but i was wondering if there was a preferred paint or system you guys are using

Any help or advice is appreciated! Thanks again

I didnt go with block paint because caliper paint was rated at a higher temp. I just bought a can at Autozone. I cleaned my calipers and painted them right on the car . I took my pads of and used newspaer and tape to cover everything else.

For goodness sake, don't forget the pads and rotors. That's the most important part. Spray paint works best and helps decrease stopping distance.
