i just bought rims from other members, the rims are so dirty..... i cant clean them up with usual spray for whells. I believed the dirt re coming off from the brake (brake dust, probably)...

the brake dust gone, but the shining polish on the lip GONE TOO, it's become like dove, not shining.... F***in $hit..
WHAT SHOULD I DO??? is there some spray or anything that can make the lips shining again????
