so i went to my mechanic today because i couldnt deal with my brakes squealing anymore. luckily he still had my old brake pads with the shims. i had him reinstall the shims and add some crc brake quiet compound. the brake squeal is gone. remember if you guys change to cermaic brake pads KEEP YOUR SHIMS. also the brakes dont brake as well as it did without the shims. peace
