Strut vs Sway bars

Which one would you prefere if you had a choice of only one. Which brand would be best for g35 with a plenum? tx

sways which would have nothing to do with your plenum of course. I have Stillens and am extremely pleased with them.

also what is exactly the difference between strut bars and sway bars?
