It's the same as the G/Z from 03+ as far as I know. G37Rider has it on his '08 G37 coupe.

The way in which the bags for the G/Z differ from other setups is that it uses the bag in the rear on the spring mount, whereas many others use it on the shock itself, however with our cars we cannot do that since the wheel well obstructs the area for the bag.

All other components would be just fine and you could swap, you would just need to get different bags (ones that fit the particular vehicle you get).
actually they are all identical. Just the plates for the bags we have different ones for the older sedan because they run a smaller shock tube, also we have a different bracket for the coilovers so you don't have to modify the coilover itself.

yes, the rear uses the bag in the OEM location for the spring on the rear arms to body. Its way too tight up where the shock goes to house the bag.

From my understanding, on the new G35 sedan our bags won't fit in the front, The spring area is just a little too tight. However we havn't tried to install them here, i am just going by what my customer who has used our bags many times has stated.

with this kit there really is not much that can go wrong. thats what is so good about thiss deal zack is offering.
your main points of failure would be bags getting old and whether cracking. (ive had the same bags on my truck for a couple years and they are still just fine.)
also like zack said the compressor can go out. although its not very often that they go out. like i said before viair is a very good company and have great service. if you compressor does go out you can get a rebuild kit directly from viair for pretty cheap. and if they for some wierd reason go out within a year of purchase viair has a 1 year warranty on them.

being that the bags have nothing to rub in this kit, you do not having to worry about rubbing through a bag. which is very common in the mini truck world.

i dont know what kinda fittings zack recomends but i highly prefer to use DOT approved push to connect (ptc) fittings instead of compression fittings. to seal the fittings so that there is no air leaks in the system a lot of people like to use teflon tape. i recomend using pipe sealant. which you can pick a tube up from any gm dealer. its about 15 dollars. and 1 bottle could bag 5 cars if you really wanted it to.

Wow I didn't discover this thread until now!

First off, I would like to thank Zack @ Universal Air Ride for taking care of me on my Air Suspension. Guys this is the bang for your bucks and a must do if you don't want to scrape no more and want to protect your car. And plus you get to look good when you're dumped all the way to the floor, the picture of a G on the floor is unbelievable. I had 0 issues with this kit so far and can't ask for any better. Everything I wanted is with this kit, I still handle no problems also. I am very happy and I highly recommend this kit to anyone who wants to go Air Ride. Don't settle for cheap and if you want to go for more expensive like Air Runner etc; ask your self why? UAS has it all!! For good price! Good Service! And in House in USA producted and serviced! Put it this way I'm sponsored by K-Sport USA and they wanted to give me a badazz deal on the K-Sport Bags and I still denied and went to UAS as a Regular Customer and bought their set up! Not only that Zack was ultimately helpful in this subject, top notch customer service in my opinion. Again can't be any more happy, turn around time was awesome too!

Guys if you ever want to see my car in real life, have any comments or questions or anything at all, just PM me also and I'll gladly help you guys out. I personally stand behind UAS.

Btw, What Sup Zack it's 2C

Would we have to worry about fuses blowing like in this video?

the fuse for the compressor will go out every once in a while. but should last quite a long time as long as the main power wire doesnt touch anything metal.

Question: Having a minor issue!

Im running 2 of the 480 compressors. and i had some **** in my trunk any ways some of the stuff kinda moved around hitting one of my compressors as a result blowing my fuse. Replaced it and it worked fine again compressors tuned off. Then when they kick on again it'd blow the fuse. So i replaced the relay thinking maybe it got a short in it or something. that didn't work. Checked all my wiring, and nothing has changed. It was working perfect for the month prior to this happening. SO right now i just have one of the compressors hooked up cause for some reason when the other one is hooked up it pops the fuse, BUT it only pops it after it tries to start up again which is whats getting me. Since if i just replace the fuse it works perfect till it kicks on again. Think it could be an issue with the actual compressor?
