Brake Bleeding?

I need to change the brake fluid (68K on OEM brake fluid and rotors, rotors no problem to change them) in my 03 coupe and was wondering how you do it? I searched around couldnt find anything on it. Does anyone know how to bleed out all the brake fluid so i can replace it?

Also, what do you guys recommend for brake fluid?

If you have to get it done I suggest letting a dealership do it.. its a pain in the *** and worth the money spent to let someone else deal with it.

if you have a power bleeder its easy, if you're using manual bleeder its harder but not that bad........ you'll need 2-3 people though

Download the service manual for your year using this link. You can find the brake bleed procedure (which wheel to start at etc.) there.

As far as brake fluid goes, I when I replaced mine I used Valvoline Synthetic. But others here have recommended Motul which is more of a racing application with higher boiling point.
