350Z H-Tein Springs for 06 Sedan

I have the sport package on my sedan. I was looking at getting the 350Z H-tein Springs to drop my car slightly and get a better preformance spring. I believe the 350Z H-tein are running 390(front) and 400(rear) while the sport package that I got is running 314(front) and 342(rear). How much would this effect my ride? Also would I have to change out my sport shocks? Please post your commnets.

I am also looking at putting on Stillen sway bars and gtspec bars too.

350Z H-tech's are 358/375 Which, IMO they actually feel like less then that, go figure.

I had the springs on my car to test. I can't sit here and out right tell you to ditch your oem shocks. I can say that the rear shocks weren't exactly thrilled with the stiffer rear rates, but not as much as when I ran revised oem Z springs and their 427lbs rear rates. Even then, it wasn't that bad in the rear. In the same breath, D-specs are a excellet shock. I would make sure you get sway's first however.
