Just had my coilovers installed and loving it

Hey guys,

I just had my coilovers installed today and the initial test drive went perfect. The brand is "ARK" and I don't have specific specs yet. I am the first to get a set from them before they produce them for sale.

As far as I can see, the product itself is very well make, stong and well supported. The damper is 8 way adjustable and right now I have them on the second to the lowest setting and it is much better than stock and the handling is a big improvement.

I had to get a few things adjusted but after that it is going very well. As soon as I get specs I will post.

They are member of SEMA and will be at the show this year. For everyone going make sure you check out their booth. Look for Ted or Harris. They will have many products for the 350z and g35. I know for sure they are going to start on the exhaust because I aslo have there exhaust (which by the way is a great product).

If anyone in socal wants to check the exhaust and coilovers out pm me and I will gladdly meet up so you can check out the products.

I will post pics very soon. I havent got a chance to get my new camera.

When you do get specs, how about the following

Spring rates?
Mono tube or twin tube?
Full height adjustable?
Ride height adjustment range? (see if the specs are for the Z or the G)
Street price?

Coilover Udate on ride quality thus far.

Thank you Ark for everything.

Update on the ride quality so far.

We have made a few adjustments, normal with coilovers, and the ride is very smooth. I played with the damper and now have it set to 3 clicks in the front and 2 clicks in the rear. The right is much better than stock. Very smooth and in the rough roads it feels a lot better. Before when I was hitting bumps and pot holes my ride was very stiff with just stock shocks and lowering springs but now when I hit the same bumps it the shocks take it much better and less harsh. Even at the softest setting on the damper it feels very smooth.

The handling is a huge difference, (night and day). I am having rubbing issues in the rear because of my offset on my wheels but that should be easily taken care of. Braking and quick starts off from stop has improved.

I would recommend these to anyone looking to improve there suspension set up.

I thought it wasn't possible to have adjustable camber plates with the 350Z/G35 design? Which is what STANCE told me. If it is, you guys would be the first to produce coilovers with camber plates for this car.
