Which springs are best?

I'm have 03 Sedan with the 04 coupe shocks and the 04 z springs
on all 4 corners, in the front I like the drop the
z springs give but was wondering if should I be running the
coupe springs or the z springs in the back..what would be best
for handling in the back, seems from what I read the guys are
going with coupe all around except for the front where its
the z springs..

Thanks

Springs make very little difference in handling*. Lowering the center of gravity can change things [to the good or bad] by 1-2%.

* handling as in the measured peak G forces in a slalom or road course.

Tires [fast wearing and extremely soft at the temperature measure] are 90% of the entire equation. Body roll is just an indicator of the body weight shift.

FWIW - I have a 03 Sedan with OEM 2005 350Z springs and struts all around. I'm absolutly thrilled with the handling and they were SO affordable compared to similar after-market components. 1 inch, subtle drop all around. Firm but not harsh.

Suspension

Thanks for the heads up, I was running a Z set up and loved the drop
but I guess due the roads here or my age needed something a tad
smoother so went back to the coupe shocks, was just wondering
what would be best for the springs in the back, many guys seem
to be going to the coupe springs in the back to raise the rear, but
the Z springs seem to be at the right level for me, just wanted
to know what would handle better in the rear with the coupe shocks
Z or coupe springs..

Height difference...

Wonder if any one can tell me if there is a height difference
between z04 rear springs (revised) came with revised shocks anyway
and the coupe rear springs.

Thanks
