is the michelin pilot sport the same as the ps2?

seems like the ps2s that match 225/45 and 245/45 are not available for 18 inch wheels..

sorry im a noob to tires... would i be able to get say 245/35 or 245/40 for the rears instead? would those fit? or do the same similar thing to the front tires
