H Tech Question

Getting ready to install 350Z H-Techs on my '06 Coupe 6 MT.
Is there a definitive answer to whether I'll need Camber Kit? It seems some do and some don't. Is that because some are willing to be outside of factory specs? With cost of tires for our cars I want to do it RIGHT! Hoping for advice.
Also, I plan on installing springs and running my stock 19's til springs settle.
If I do that and then get aligned will adding aftermarket rims with offset and "lips" further change camber?
Any and all responses/suggestions appreciated.
Finally, If the consensus is to add camber kits will I need Front and Rear and how much should I expect to pay? TIA!!!

^^what he said

h techs are a very subtle drop of less than an inch. camber kits are generally needed for drops of more than an inch.
