Tire Rub Problem

Hoping someone out there can help me out. My ride is on 20" DPEs (x 10 in the rear and I think x 9 in the front). I don't know what the offsets are as I bought these used from a fellow G35 coupe owner.

I'm having serious front tire rubbage going over bumps in the road at moderate to fast speeds. It's a horrible noise - I'm sure people who have had this problem would agree. What long term damage am I doing to my car?

How can I fix this problem without having to roll the fenders or buy new tires/wheels? Would a stiffer suspension fix this? For example, installing TEIN Coilovers? If so, would I be able to drop the car 1" or so? I'm wanting a more aggressive look with a lower profile. THanks

Is it rubbing in the front or rear? Just get the rear fenders rolled or cut, solves the problem, and a good shop will be able to do it without any damage.
