Are there track pads or even BETTER than OEM pads available for '05 sedans yet?

Last time I called around there were no track pads let alone any better street pads.

I was just talking about this at lunch today with a couple of subie guys. They say carbotech will manufacture pads for $100 per axle.

Just a thought.

Yep. I've already talked with them but I need to wait till I have a set of backing plates to send them. That means buying another set of pads or taking mine off, sending it to them and leaving my car on jack stands till they come back. Not the best of solutions.

Porterfield will also make brake pads for you. Not sure how much but I'm sure it's not cheap.

Project Mu has pads offered in NS and B-Force for the new calipers on the 05+ models.

Carbontech told me they now make 05-06 pads. Something tells me they are not aware that 05 sedan brakes are the same as 06 Z brakes.
