I curbed my front right wheel. Can I fix it myself?? (pics attached)

I curbed my front right wheel. Can I fix it myself?? (pics attached)

So I was parking last night and my dumbass turned the wheel too sharply and I curbed my front right rim. As you can see in the pictures it's located only on the lips but I still think it looks pretty bad. I would like to fix it myself if possible. Can anyone please tell me the best way to do it myself? Can I hit it with high grit sandpaper and then polish it? Would that still look crappy? Any help would be appreciated! Thanks.

Great, thanks for the heads up on the article. Has anyone tried this method and did it work well for you? If not, what else worked? Do you know what paint would match the OEM 19" the closest?
