New: offset question (urgent, sorry if it was posted)

I'm thinking of buying a
front - 19'X8.5 tire - 245
rear - 19'X9.5 tire - 275

will the rims with offset 35mm fit?
(the info above may not be clear because have no ideas about offsets)
