Sport tuned and H-Techs difference..

What is the actual lowering difference between the 'sport tuned ' suspension and using the H-techs? Currently I have the sport tuned on my '05 Sedan. Im looking to do Just the front, but curious as to if its even worth it.

Any info would be appreciated.
