Help me choose shocks!

03 G35C 6MT, has Tein 350Z springs, but OEM shocks. I can tell they're nearing the end of their useful life, and would like some feedback on your experiences with similar setups...

Not looking for adjustability, nor am I looking to drop a ton of $... Just need proper dampening for a lowered G.

Thanks!

d-specs or koni yellows are the best options available, or pick up some OEM sport suspension shocks from a low mileage coupe or revised 350z shocks

whats the difference between coilovers and shocks??? Dont coilovers just come with the springs as well?? And the shock is just..well the shock. SO if i were to order tein springs and then a set of shocks i would basicly have coilovers?

In a sense yes, you would have coilovers being that the coil springs are over the shocks. But what the aftermarket coilovers today usually are associated with is the ability for ride height adjustability (sometimes separate from spring preload) and damping adjustability. They usually also come with spring rates that are significantly higher than stock as well.
