quick question for you parts gurus. . .
Do '03 350Zs and '03 G35Cs have the same front hubs (aka wheel hub and bearing assembly)? 
I'm sure my driver's side is shot. When I spin the wheel it makes a grinding sound. This sound is non-existant on the passenger's side. Unfortunately for me, the nearest Infiniti dealer is like an hour away. 
But the nearest Nissan dealer is 8 miles away. I'm wondering if I can swap front wheel hubs for 350Z ones.
Lastly, if anyone knows where to find part numbers, I would really appreciate it! I already have the service manual for the coupe, but can't find part numbers in it!
