installing coilovers + sways tomorrow... questions

My sedan came with the stock suspension. I swapped the stock one for the sport suspension I bought from a g35driver member. My shocks are red, the old ones were black. So I'm pretty sure of what I have.

you dont the spring compressor if you're installing coilovers. The thing is to have the front suspension unloaded, and have both endlinks of the swaybar unbolted. you just need a little leverage and some prying to get the spring the assembly out. of course, having a spring compressor would make the job easier...in my case, I didnt need it.

ahh you didnt mention you already swapped out the regular one for another stock sports one sorry, dont have a cow.
