06 brakes on an 04?

My dad has an '04 with the non-Brembo brakes. Will my '06 rotors and calipers fit on his car? If so will it fix the brake wear issue that the 2004's have?

Yes, the larger '06 rotors and calipers will swap over onto an '04. The pad compound was also changed on the '05+ cars which apparently has fixed the issue you are referring to. The easier thing to do instead of swapping would be just to replace your dad's '04 pads with some aftermarket pads that are known to be more friendly on the rotors and last logner than the oe pads.
