What tools do I need to heighten / lower HKS hipermax RS myself

What tools do I need besides the wrenches that come with the RS to take the rear springs off?
I don't have a carlift so obviously I can't use the crush method(using a jack stand under and slowly lowering it) my mechanic uses.
I know I can adjust the front without taking them off.

just buy a jack from sears, they're fairly cheap. then place the jack under differential case and lift the whole rear end that way. make sure you have something to lock the front wheels in place. then get your scissor jack and use that to support the spring arm. Some decent ratchet and socket set and, wrenches should get the job done.

Dumb question, but if you wanted to lower the height of your car, you would want to lower the adjustment perch for the front coilovers right? For the rear coilover, since its upside down, to lower the car in the rear you'd want to raise the adjustment perch, right?
