Pics of Z H-Techs next to 2004 OEM G35 coupe springs
First are the pics of the front springs; looks like a nice drop.
Then the rear springs: barely any drop at all. Take into account the increased spring rates on the H Techs and they can't be any lower than stock.
These springs are off a 2004 6 speed G coupe.
I have Z S-Techs coming in tomorrow. I will take pictures of those next to the stock G springs next.

I have 350z S-tech & i went from 350Z H-tech. Believe whatever you want but when i had my h-tech the ride was horrible & the drop wasn't noticeable. As i mention currently i have 350z S-tech & i love it...btw once again thank you Finiti35.

Z S techs are progressive up front and linear in the back.
They drop the car perfectly IMO, but yes, you will likely need camber adjusters.
Because my camber kits are not in yet, I am going to get the springs installed this saturday and get aligned to see how close it comes.
I'll let you know.
Take a look at this beautiful G on 350Z S Techs and tell me they are not perfect!

I would also always swap out your shocks when you do springs. They make a huge difference.
Honestly, even if you kept the stock springs, adjustable shocks would make a huge improvement.

I am still running the oem shock. The drop is about 1.1 front & 1.0 rear. The major problem i had with H-tech was it made the ride quality extreamly bouncy at high speed. However with my 350Z S-tech no bouncy ride, my car feel solid & most import definetly handles the corners 10 times better then H-tech. Yes you will need camber kit for the front. In my situation i went with Cusco. As i mentioned the ride quality is excellent no complain what so ever. In conclusion if you are looking for a nice drop & solid a ride then definetly go with 350z S-tech.
