I heard you can jack up a wheel, put lined paper underneath and spin it....comparing the edge of the spin to the lines should show you any bends.

Obviosuly some bends are easy to spot, but any good method?

I am pretty sure one of my wheels is bent, but I want to make sure no other ones are.

Take it to go get it balanced. You can see the rotation and if it's off then you know it's bent.
