Stoptech VS Racingbrake VS OEM

Which would be a good rotor replacement for a 2005 G Coupe(non brembo)?

I just got my endless SSY & VN pads from Japan after a 6 week wait.

There are very limited options.

The stoptechs or racing brake or keep the OEM?

Which is superior?

if you're keeping everything else the same i'm not really sure that one would really be better than another....
i ended up getting the racing brake cross drilled/slotted rotors because they looked nice. but i dont notice any better braking.
from what i've heard the cross drilled/slotted is actually a bit worse, but i got them more for looks...

What about the racingbrake 13" oem caliper upgrade? Better, larger rotors and you can still use those pads.

What's your purpose for upgrading your brakes?

If you just want a "one-up", find a used set of Brembo brakes. Going bigger isnt necessarily better if you're never going to see the track. A good upgrade to your stock setup would be to get more aggressive pad compounds, braided s/s or kevlar brake lines, and slotted rotors. Unless you're planning on frequent trackdsays or sneak in some scca roadracing (not auto-x) then I'd recomend going with something bigger to get some dependability and reliability in your brakes during hard driving.

Like TTrank said going the RB OE BBK, will use your stock calipers, with option of upgrading to 4 pot calipers later. Just going to the larger rotors, will improve brake fade to a degree, mainly due to the larger heat sink involved and better internal vane design. I have the RB OE BBK front and rear, and have noticed zero fade under hard driving. As for the brakets you can buy a brake paint kit and paint these and your calipers at the same time, something like G2.
