Ok I just got my car out of the alignment shop and they told me that one of my tires were bad. I then took it to a tire place to have them balance it out again. The steering wheel still shakes at high speeds and sometimes at low speeds. What gives? Could it be my bushings wearing out?

probably a bad wheel or bad tire if they can't balance it. try another
good set and see if it still vibrates.

Since they told you one of your tires was bad, why the question? A bad tire is causing the shake. Replace it and enjoy your ride the way is is supposed to be.
