what size spacers......

to fit 20 x 10 rims that have a +40 offset on the rear of a coupe? I'm looking at what seems to be a good deal on rims and Im trying to figure out whether or not i should go ahead and get the rims and just use spacers or wait and spend another 800 to get the right offsets. the front wheels have a +25 offset if that matters . TIA.

you could use a 20mm spacer and be fine, and if the wheels look okay to you then thats fine. A 20x10+40 is going to have significantly less lip than a 20x10+20 wheel though with similar designs
