HELP! Need new rotors/SS lines fast!!!

I've been searching and searching and finally decided to just put up a thread...

I have an 05' coupe non-brembo, need help picking out rotors and brake lines, I have pads already.

Was going to order the stoptech stg.2 upgrade, but they dont make it for my 05 coupe.

So i've been looking at R1, Racingbrake, Stoptech, and Powerslot Rotors. The R1's look nice and i like the diamond cut slots, Racingbrakes are pricey and look about the same as R1. Stoptech i dont even think they make rotors for the 05'. Powerslot seem to function well but dont look as nice as the others. Can someone please chime in and tell me....

1) which of these fit the 05' non-brembo??
2) which rotors would you recommend? (i'll be using them with either hawk hps or Proj.Mu NS)

3) Lastly, im pretty sure all SS brake lines function the same, so is there a difference between goodridge, technafit, stoptech or any other good brands??

p.s. i need these rotors and lines asap. So if you know anyone that has these in stock and it actually fits the 05' pm me, thanks.

I don't know, maybe something like these or something? You do have a lot of options still even tho you are a 2k5. Sorry, not really helping you out. . .

I don't really know because I just have the stoptech stage 2's for my car.

I looked at those too. The designation on those should be 2003-2004 G35 non-brembo and 2005-2006 G35X.

We do offer rotors for your car individually. A stage kit would not be of any benefit to you since you already have pads. The only reason a stage 2 kit is not offered is because the Axxis Ult pads are not available in the pad shaped used in the 05+ models. The guys at Performance Nissan ( www.mynismo.com ) should be able to get you what you need if you give them a call.

I have the R1 concepts preium rotors (they are at a great price) and ss brake lines ( I have 2k6 brake calipers on my 2k4 G). I am very pleased with them. Check them out. The ss brake lines are not the generic type but are made to be to OEM spects.

There is a difference in the size of the rotors, calipers, and pads between the 03-04 coupe and 05-07 coupe. There is also the same difference between the 03-04 sedan and 05-06 sedan. As stated above, the 05 G35X uses the same pads and rotors as the 03-04 sedans. Make sure you get the right rotors and pads for your car. Not all vendors differentiate between the 03-04 and 05-07 coupe.

I have the R1 rotors on my 05. Did you experience a big difference when you installed the SS lines?
