For that price, you can get the Eibach rear kit from ajusa.com for $143 shipped, less than that generic kit.The eibach kit is just a SPC kit in an Eibach box, and it comes with the arms and the toe bolts. I've been trying to tell everyone about this great price, but its slow to get around. So you do pay for what you get, but in the case, you pay less for what IMO is the best kit

I consider it as well as many others the best kit because it uses toe bolts for the toe adjustment rather than "toe" arms which actually adjust caster at the same time as toe. THe eibach kit, is not only the same materials and construction, it IS the SPC kit, down to the engraving on the arms. SPC sells the kits to eibach, which they sell under their own name. If you want verification, call Eibach USA, and they will tell you the same thing

I didn't lower my car but I did go with a staggered setup. I am noticing excessive tire wear will this help? Looking from the back of the car at the tires it looks like the top of the tires are leaning a little inside.

I would suggest getting an alignment first, if its not lowered, they should be able to get your car back into specs. The staggered setup, along with likely more aggressive offsets will add some negative camber, but the rear has some adjustment for this.

Just 1, eibach's kit comes with both sides, while SPC sells them on a per side basis. Thats the main difference

there's no caster adjustment in the rear either way. Unless you're talking about toe arms like the megan ones. They have the battle Z toe arms which actually replace the entire spring cup, but you can only get those if you have true coilovers in the rear.

I have them, I bought them from AJUSA, so I can verify they are exactly the same as the SPC kit.

I am referring to other kits such as the megan ones which use the "toe" arms. I understand its not a true "caster" for the rear, but its a similar concept, all other rear camber kits use the "toe" arms which are correctly labeled radius arms, and they change 2 planes of suspension geometry. Only the SPC kit uses toe bolts so thats why they are recommended. BattleZ arms are as you said, only applicable for coilover setups with the spring removed from the cup, which is why I didn't mention them

I put the SPC rear kit on my car a few weeks back. Great product for a very reasonable price.
