For those with 350 z h techs and stock shocks!

I have had the Z H-techs on for some 8k miles with no effect on the sport tuned shocks. The rear spring rate of the Z H-Techs are a bit lighter than the stock ones. If your car came with the 19" OEM rims you have the sports tuned suspension package and should be just fine.
I am running 255/35/19 x 9.5 and 285/35/19 x 10.5 and have experienced no ill effects with regard to the stock shocks. They should last just as long as if you were running the stock springs.
In short time, I will be either swapping out the rear Z H-Techs for the Z S-Techs mated with Tokico D-spec 9's or simply go with coilovers. Even then the Z S-Techs are still a bit lighter in rear spring rate than the stock rear springs.
