I hear mine when it's cold... typically going up or down a steep slope (like a driveway crest) and with the wheels turned. Figured I'd wait until near the end of the warranty so it would be easier to reproduce.

Not to be a beiotch, but yeah... pictures would be helpful for me too

added pictures

I have attached pictures of: the silicine spray I used, compression rod view, bushings of rod connecting to the frame with lines showing the spraying points (2 pictures), bushing attached to the wheels with lines showing the spraying points. So far everything is quiet.

I just sprayed mines before you posted up pixs I actually ended up spraying my springs and I'm hoping I got the compression rods as well... It's too dark down there but I don't hear anymore noise. I have my can of CRC in the trunk so if I hear it again I'll give it a couple sprays. Thanks for the pixs though they really help give an idea of where the rods are.

You guys should try using some gummi-pflege instead of silicon grease spray... the silicon stuff doesn't last half as long as gummi-pflege - at least on door seals and stuff. I imagine gummi-pflege will work great on your bushings too.

did the do under warranty? They upgraded the rears in 05 but at the time I got mine replaced the front were still the same... have they upgraded them now? Or is it just another set of the same ones?

No charge. Didn't ask if they were any different, but I imagine they are the same.

Yah, I don't think they have changed... hmmm, I wonder if my dealer will replace mine? They did the rears because they know the previous version was weak and the beefier ones replaced the issues they had prior. I have Stillen anti-sways, so I'm not sure they will replace for me since it's not a TSB or upgraded part – they might try to say the sway bar caused it – hopefully not, they have been pretty good in the past about mods but things are changing a little at Tustin.

The bottom line though is, since it's the same part the squeak will come back again - and I can’t imagine they will keep replacing. Anyway, I'm gonna ask next time I go in.
