Hi, I have an 05 6mt coupe and I just noticed two problems. wondering if anyone has had the same experience.

1) with the windows rolled down about 1/2 way if i go over bumps i can hear them rattle. (pretty heavy bumps like cruising through laurel canyon at a brisk pace)

2) When I drive backwards in reverse, I hear a break squeal when I stop. I don't hear anything when i stop going forward. Last time i was at the dealers they told me i still have a good amount of break pad left, but that may have changed.

Yup, my windows do rattle. The dealer told me is the design of the car...lol Laurel Cyn is known for potholes and bumps...try taking Coldwater Cyn or another street! LOL

 

brakes squeek in reverse for me as well. 70% left on front and rear. Nothing you can do. Common problems for our car unless you wanna try resurfacing the rotors with new pads.

and you believed them? you need to make them fix it.. ive brought mine in 3 times for that issue already.. starting to annoy me they cant fix it... they said all the bolts are on tight so they arent sure.. im ready to demand new window control arms and motor
