Air Suspension Question
Air Suspension Question
Hey Guys,
I was looking into getting a Roberuta Air suspension kit (cup kit) for my 03 Coupe (6spd w/brembo). From what I understood I would need to also obtain a set of coilovers, so I was thinking of getting Tein Comfort Master. However, I was wondering whether you guys could shed some light on a few things.
1) Am I right in having to buy a set of coilovers in addition to the cup kit?
2) If so, do you guys have any suggestions as to which ones would work well in this setup?
3) Is there a particular digital controller that works with this system?
4) If I were to be using 20" wheels with this type of setup (+/- a Kenstyle or Chargespeed Body Kit), would I need to buy additional parts (i.e.:camber adjustment, etc.)?
Thanks. BTW, I did try to search for more info about the roberuta kit; however, my Japanese is kinda rusty...

from what i remember this kit is to adjust coilover height from inside the car, but yes you still need to have a coilover setup. that's all i know, sorry
...oh yeah, 1 more thing, too rich for my blood....camber kit will depend on how low you drop it i believe

yes, you need to have a coilover kit to go with the cup kits. you can use almost any coilover out there. you have to touch bases with Top Secret and ask them if it's compatible. imho, it sounds like you have the bread to spend. so, i'd recommend you get the entire Top Secret coilover/Roberuta cup kit. or, you can opt for some Zeals, or others like HKS RS, Tein, Tanabe, etc.
