locking nut and bolt for sway bar end link help please!!

So I ran into a PITA with the bolt on the driver side way bar end link to the supension arm when installing 350z Htechs on stock supension. For some reason, when I was putting the nut back into place on the bolt, it locked and I'm thinking the thread of f'd up because I f'd up...Anyways, my friend and I were not able to remove the locking nut so now it is sitting at a position like so

The nut that I am referring to is highlighted by the green arrow where it should be connected together tightly.

Where can I find another nut and bolt to replace this one, because eventhough the nuts are on tight, I am afraid to drive it with the it not aligned and having so much space between the sway bar end link and suspension arm? Because now, I can hear some creaking and knocking sounds from the driver side when driving right after I installed the springs.

I don't think it's supposed to creak and have knocking noises with new springs, right? Unless that's just normal...

You cant just replace the nut and bolt. It's a stud that goes into the bushing.

The end-links are inexpensive, but are only available from dealers, none of the general-service shops like Pep Boys and Autozone carry them.

I ordered all 4 online for like $55. You may pay up to about $25 for one from a dealer if you buy in person. I got mine from everythingg35.com
