Megan, best bang for your buck, although most people dont like the look, it's subjective.

stoptech, wilwood, greddy, brembo, ap. whichever one you think looks the best. i saw some chrome greddy GREX the other day that were sweet. blue brembo's are awesome looking too.

Maybe you should tell us what you are looking to get out of a BBK before we can go recommending one. Performance and Looks and price don't necessarily go together when it comes to BBKs
