Brake noise.

I've been having a problem when I apply the brakes on my car. It makes kind of like a creaking noise at all speeds when I step on my brakes. Especially when I'm coming to a slow stop at low speeds the creaking gets real loud from the front passenger side. The thing is it only does it 80% of the time. I brought it to the dealership twice and they say they can't repeat the problem. I've even tried to show the service manager but it wouldn't do it and its pissing me off. Today I jacked up the car on that side I hear it from and when I just spin the tires on the car it doesn't spin as freely. It spins but I can hear something rubbing sort of and it stops after a 3/4 to a full rotation. Is it suppose to be like this? I thought it should spin pretty freely for a little while and have no noise. And when looking at the pads on the calipers they look like they are basically touching the rotors. I also think my rotors are a little warped because I feel a vibration (my odometer shakes and I can even hear it shake) when braking at around 60-80 mph. Sorry for the long thread, any ideas? Also the car has 21k on it so anything under warranty?

well, if it's got brembo's, the warranty isn't going to cover it. when's the last time the pads were changed? the pads are always going to be in contact with the rotor, even with the brake pedal released. if, after spinning it, it stops at the SAME place each time, you may have an inconsistent run-out (or "warped" rotor). here's an explanation from Stoptech.

No these are the non brembos. I've never replaced the brake pads since I bought the car new. I guess the rotors have to be either warped or needs a resurface if it is vibrating. If they are warped would it be under warranty since rotors aren't really suppose to warp this early?
