Tire question

I can't find the link, some magazine did an article on turning 1G with a 350Z. If I remember they added sway bars and THE SAME SIZE TIRES front and rear. 275 I believe.

I've just been playing on the net, looking at other cars, and wondering.

If all these high dollar cars, Ferrari, Corvette, Viper, etc use two different sized tires front and rear, why did this magazine project handle better with the same sized tires???

How would my car handle if I ran oh let's say, 18x9 with 265/40's all around?

You really have to look at the total package. Tires, shocks, sways, springs, etc.

Given the right set up you could probaly get either, staggered or straight set up to perform equally.
