Which 350z spring to use with 350z shocks?
OK, I already have a set of revised (two red/one pink) 350z springs in the garage. I'm purchasing a set of 2004 350z Touring Edition springs and shocks.
Because I've read the sticky, I know that my non-sport '06 sedan has a spring rate of 283/308. The set of springs I already have are revised (314/427). The set I'm purchasing I believe to be unrevised (314/342). Is this a correct assumption?
And assuming I'm correct, which would be the better set-up? Leave unrevised springs with shocks and replace? Or remove unrevised spring from shock, reinstall revised spring and then replace? Do the struts make a difference (are there unrevised vs. revised struts?)?
I know there are a ton of posts out there b/c I have used search and have done my best at researching. The posts can be a little confusing and when I begin messing with the suspension on my 30K+ sports car, I want to make sure it gets done right. Thanks for the help in advance!

Use the 04 setup together, as the unrevised springs have a lower springrate, but the shocks have a higher compression valving making the effective springrate higher. Using the revised rear springs with the unrevised Z shocks will lead to an extremely stiff rear setup, but one that lacks in rebound control

Am I looking at a similar drop regardless of set-up?
Also, I thought the unrevised springs were notorious for being too "bouncy"? Is my saving grace the fact that I'm pairing them with the same year/model shocks?
