springs and offset question

with these offsets:

19x9.5 +19 f and 19x10.5 +17 r

if i'm on stock suspension would I still rub in the rears? the reason I ask is because i'm planning on installing the wheels first then drop the car right after.

with a roll or without and what tire sizes and brand?

i'm not gonna roll it until after i drop the car

the tire sizes i'm planning on running are:

255/35/19

285/35/19

I still think you are going to rub in the rear even at stock height on bumps and potholes
