Break Dust driving me crazy

OK a few months ago I put some new 19" rims on my 04X and they look sooo good but, in just a few days of driving the fronts are covered with break dust. I have to wipe them down twice a week. Anybody got any ideas? I have thought about changing the roters to a drilled or slotted or getting some upgraded pads. Any help would be great.

Hawk pads for the records or even some Project MU's will do.

Drilled or slotted rotors will just add to any pad dust because of their wiping scrubbing action on the pads.
