H Techs if you want brand new springs or 350z spring and shocks if you want progressive springs at all 4 corners and OEM parts plus I think it makes for a better selling point if you ever sell your car you can say it has the upgraded 350z sport suspension. You should be able to get both 350z spring and shocks for the price of a new set of H tech or any other aftermarket spring alone so it's a good value. I had Eibach but I switched to 350z/G35coupe springs on my stock sport suspension shocks. The drop on the 350z?G35coupe spring is more even than my Eibach drop which was rakeish....

would i have to be concerned about any rubbing on the wheels, i took pics but i cant find the cord to the camera. also if i want to go cheaper will just the 350z springs provide a good drop ( for now, untill i get the tein flex).

will the z/coupe springs or even tein s/h techs adversely affect the drivetrain/axle in any way? When i get home im dropping my ride on Rs rims with a 19x8.5 front +38 and 19x10 +45 rear.

I just want a 1inch drop and dont want to mess up my axle or camber etc.

Basically are the springs install a basic remove old ones, install new ones and drive off or else?

I wish those were the DPE R06's...I wanted them too but was too expensive for me. They are the sterns, cheaper alternative but they are strong. heavier obviously but i guess it wouldnt hurt me as much if i ever dented it on the freeway. I was able to affrod a full size spare
